Endurance House, Histon, Cambridge, CB24 9ZR (Hybrid Working)

Salary:
£117,727 p.a. plus allowance

35 hours per week/ Full time/ Permanent
CHS Group is a social enterprise and charitable housing association.

It provides a wide range of services in and around Cambridge, including rental and shared ownership homes, residential and domiciliary care for older people, support for young people, parents,people with additional needs or experiencing homelessness together with support in the community with money, debt and employment advice.

Our stock compromises some 2230 general needs homes, 450 shared ownership, 84 sheltered, 208 units of specialist olderpeople's housing, and some 216 units of supported housing.

The Cambridge sub-region is economically strong and will see significant housing growth in the coming years. However, there is also high levels of economic and social inequality, not least because housing costs are extremely high.

CHS's nearly hundred-yearmission, meeting the desperate need for affordable home in and around Cambridge, is as relevant and important as ever.

We believe that as an independent, locally based housing provider, we have a unique part to play in meeting local housing needs.


We are seeking a strategic leader with a passion for meeting housing need and tackling inequality to drive forward our ambitious corporate strategy and business plan, at a time of unprecedented challenges for the sector and our tenants.

We are looking tobuild further on our already strong tenant focus and involvement, embracing innovation and new ways of working that provide value for our customers.
