An exciting opportunity has arisen within a prestigious European Bank for a dynamic individual to join a Risk & Control Department.


Your duties will cover:

  • Managing a small Financial Risk Management team regarding credit risk related issues
  • Reviewing waivers/amendments
  • Identifying/monitoring/reporting on London's financial risk exposures
  • Assessing/monitoring individual RAROC
  • Monitoring and analysing CBG & PDS revenue streams, and assessing profitability
  • Reviewing borrowers' covenant performance
  • Reviewing IFRS 9 provisions
  • Portfolio analysis, identifying trends, risk concentrations, etc
  • Assisting with development of procedures, policies, systems, and controls
  • Monitoring London's exposure to financial risks

Your experience must include:

  • Proven and relevant experience of credit risk management and analysis gained within banking
  • Good understanding of risk, capital adequacy, funding, and banking products (commercial loans, treasury etc) and their regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Strong IT skills Excel, PowerPoint, Visio & Access
  • Degree educated
