About the Role
Base Location:
Aberdeen, Perth, Glasgow, Inverness, Reading, Oxford or Portsmouth
Salary:
£37,600 - £56,400 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

SSEN are looking to recruit a Planner who will work as part of the new large capital delivery function to deliver high value projects across the 2 SSEN license areas
This will include:
- Develop and maintain detailed Programme Schedules using Primavera P6 for a portfolio of New/Existing LCD projects.
- Produce Integrated Master Schedules with integration of Contractor and Supplier programmes.
- Identify critical path for project and work packages and ensure potential delays to critical path activities are identified and mitigated.
- Produce clear and concise management reports to assist senior management decision making.
- Support Programme Baseline Management and Change Control throughout the Project Lifecycle.
What do I need?:
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Project Planning experience, working within large, multi-contract Engineering and Construction projects, including building fully integrated complex activity networks.
- Ability to work with package and project managers, interface manager and 3rd party contractors to identify schedule pinch points, interface issues and potential SIMOPS clashes and identify optimal schedule solutions.
- Experienced and skilled user of Primavera P
- Experience carrying out delay analysis and analysis of schedule implications of contractor claims.
- Commercial Awareness knowledge of construction contracting structures (e.g. NEC3/4).
