Our Client work within Property in the residential and care sector. They are an extremely passionate company who care lots about what they do and who they help.


Description
This Office Manager & EA Role will include the following duties:

  • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information
  • Manage Directors travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, collecting travel documentation and receipts.
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
  • Attending meetings and taking responsibility for action followups
  • Liaising with company management and ensuring smooth communication between departments
  • Any other ad hock tasks
  • Occasional site visits.

Profile

The successful Office Manager & EA will:

  • Experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong timemanagement skills and an ability to organise and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
  • Strong sense of initiative with the ability to multitask, and anticipate executive needs, using a proactive and energetic style
  • Professional and confident style in dealing with all levels of staff and clients
  • Ability to research and source ad hock information independently

  • Must be able to work effectively with the minimum of supervision.
  • Uncompromising attention to detail when sending information to clients

Job Offer
This is a permanent, full time position.

This role is fully in the office, no hybrid working.


There is free on site parking and is not accessible by public transport - you will need to be able to drive and have your own car.
