We have an opportunity for aReceptionist to join our fantastic front of house team, in Knutsford.

As our
Receptionist, you will have a friendly and approachable manner and the ability to establish rapport with both guests and team members.
You will be organised, work well as part of a team, thrive in a fast paced environment and be able to multitask.
As the first point of call for our guests it is essential that you are passionate and knowledgeable about our offerings and the events taking place within the resort on any given day.
Reporting into the Front Office Manager you will play a vital role in ensuring our guest's expectations are constantly exceeded and that our high standards are always kept.

The Receptionist
duties and key responsibilities include:
- Ensure all guests are welcomed to the hotel and high levels of customer service are demonstrated at all time.
- Check in. and check out.
- Pre
- Answer the telephone and direct calls appropriately.
- Action any feedback given from HOD or supervisor.
- Cashiering.
- Ensuring audits are completed correctly and thoroughly.
- Checking in and settling PMs.
- Making sure admin duties are all done.
- Posting revenue for functions on a weekend.
- Conducting show rounds in the absence of Events team.
- Dealing with credit card queries once a guest has checked out.
- Thorough understanding of Opera
- Ensuring all daily tasks are completed as set out by the checklists, both early and late.
- Conducting handovers between shifts
- Where necessary help with housekeeping to ensure the bedrooms are back ready in time for check in.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Pre
- Be passionate about hospitality and customer service
- Demonstrate excellent standards and organisational skills
- Have previous experience using Opera
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft word, excel and outlook
