Our Nottingham City Centre based client are looking for an experienced Administrator and team leader/coach to join their office on a full time, permanent basis.

£25-27k + commission

Customer Service Supervisor - The Role

You will supervise a small team of administrators to ensure the quick and accurate delivery of administrative support to the sales team
Process and track orders and returns
Handle customer queries and liaise effectively with in house departments
You may be required to support the sales team when needed to complete orders
IT Proficient including Excel
Excellent telephone manner
Strong administration skills
Experience leading a small team
Experience dealing with deliveries, couriers and customer orders
