The Supply Room is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a Specialist School in Lymington, Hampshire.

This position involves working with students aged 7-19 who have a diagnosis of Autism, supporting them in developing essential life skills.

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work on a 1-1 basis or within small groups, guiding students towards their personal and academic growth.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with classroom activities, providing support to students, and helping them build confidence and independence.

You will also help direct the other Teaching Assistants to ensure they are providing consistent and effective support to students.

A long-term commitment to the education sector is key, as this role offers a 16-week temporary-to-permanent contract from day 1.

Previous classroom-based experience is required to be considered for this role.
