Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant
Are you a psychology graduate looking to gain experience in a secondary, prior to starting an educational or clinical psychology course in the near future?
Would you like to work in a school, supporting under-achieving and students with special educational needs?

  • Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant
** £70 - £80 per day, immediate start until July 2023
** 'Outstanding' secondary school based in the Ward of Ladywood
** 1:1 and small group intervention support to low level GCSE students

  • Ideal experience for a graduate looking to go into educational or clinical psychology
As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting students across the national curriculum who are under-achieving. These students are struggling academically, so are currently working at low level GCSE.

You will be required to work on a 1:1and small group basis with these students, supporting them across the national curriculum.

The school has been deemed 'Outstanding; by Ofsted and is based in the Ward of Ladywood. This makes the school easily accessible via public transport (bus and train). Over the last 5 years, the school has transformed into one of the most pro-active schoolsin the local authority. They provide fantastic support to graduates who are looking at a career in teaching or educational psychology.
The role will run until July 2023, giving you fantastic experience and knowledge of school life. You will also be provided with online training, valued at £700. These training will come with certificates which you can add to your C.V.
