The Trust are pleased to offer a comprehensive Customer Service Practitioner (Level 2) Apprenticeship Programme.

This is a structured programme of work and study over 15-18 months (length of programme is dependent upon contracted hours) that consists of the following:

An induction programme providing an insight and development into the skills needed to undertake your new role.
Relevant mandatory training including Information Governance and Risk Awareness.
A role and duties, supported by working alongside experienced staff
Regular study sessions, support and guidance to develop into colleagues who share our core values and objectives at the Trust
