We are working on behalf of one of our clients in the Stanley area who are looking for a Lab Assistant to join their team.

This is a full time temporary to permanent role with rotating shifts of 6.00am-2.00pm, 2.00pm-10.00pm, 10.00pm-6.

00am, Monday to Friday, with overtime available Duties of the role:


  • To implement and monitor quality control procedures
  • Ensure correct paperwork/security tags on incoming deliveries prior to offload
  • Monitoring of storage
  • Ensure product is acceptable for packaging
  • Inspection of raw materials
  • Routine laboratory testing
  • Quality control
  • Following a strict health and safety procedure

Essential Experience:

  • You must be 18 years old and above due to nature of work and shift patterns
  • Computer literate, previous experience using Excel

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous experience working in a lab
  • QA Experience
  • Own transport would be desirable due to location
