Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Services/Admin Agent to join our passionate and driven team based at our Great Cambridge Road, Hertfordshire


We are the chosen Business partner for a National Newspaper and are looking for dynamic, self-motivated and proactive people to man our call centre.


Being part of an already dynamic Direct Service Performance Team, responsible for the performance of our Direct to Consumer (DTC) and Direct to Retailer (DTR) services.

You will be responsible for receiving and reviewing live queries from retailers on the DTR network, either resolving them at point of contact or passing them on to the Investigations team.


A key focus for this role is satisfactorily closing off as many live queries as possible so that we maintain a high level of service, as well as correctly transferring the more complicated queries to the Investigations team.

This role requires an individual who is capable of working under pressure and has a commitment to customer service.

We are looking for people who have

  • A knowledge & Understanding of Direct Services Operations and Support Functions
  • Knowledge of, SAP, Excel, and Salesforce
  • Customer Services experience
  • Good Written and Verbal communication
  • Ability to think quickly and resolve issues
  • Timekeeping and attendance is a vital part to this role, so a very high standard of this is required
