Position:
Early Years Sports Coach
Fixed working hours:
Saturdays and/or Sundays. Shift times will range, with the earliest start time being 08:00 and the latest finish time being 13:30.
Additional hours available around your schedule: Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 18:00.
Primary working location:
Positions available throughout West, South West & Central London. You will have a fixed working location
Pay:
£22.50 to £47.50 per training session

We are looking for a confident and dedicated leader who is able to work as part of our growing team.
We would like somebody who has a wealth of knowledge within sports coaching, teaching or childcare, and can lead a group of children to work towards their long-term development.
You must have a passion for what we do and can contribute to the continuous development of the club.Daily tasks include:
- Delivering fun, engaging and creative sports sessions for children ranging from 18 months to 4 years
- Supporting new coaches in their development and helping to progress them to a lead coach status
- Liaising with customers to provide feedback, discuss their child's development and to promote upcoming events and terms
- Maintaining health and safety standards
- Promoting the brand in a positive way at all times
- Setting up and packing down sports equipment
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience of leading sports coaching sessions or managing a group of children within an education environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Be comfortable speaking to parents and children
- Able to commit to Saturdays and/or Sundays on a weekly basis
Desired Requirements:
- Be comfortable as a lead coach from the first day
- Qualifications within early years or childcare
- First aid qualification
