Description

The Patient Investigation and Learning Team are looking for an experienced, professional, positive and flexible Band 4, Senior Complaints Administrator.


A main component of the role is to provide a full and confidential administrative service (primarily the complaints process), to maintain accurate and up to date records in all cases on dedicated databases/systems.

The successful applicant will be expected to contribute to Departmental objectives, ensuring compliance with external regulations and standards.


This role would suit an individual with extensive admin experience who enjoys a role which is varied and unpredictable in nature.
