GSO (Global Software Organization) is a global organization managing the global delivery of Dematic Software, both as part of mechatronic project delivery and as standalone software offerings.

GSO projects are currently managed virtually and so a robust set of analytical data is required to support GSO reporting and decision making.

Tasks and Qualifications:

This is What You'll Be Doing in This Role:

Manage Project Controlling Processes and Tooling to support and align with both the GSO requirements and the local Regions.
Ownership of Project forecasts, actuals, variances and ensure process and analysis is aligned to support the business
Management of Risk
Ad hoc projects, analysis & reporting
Management of Project Controlling team and their deliverables.

What We are Looking For:

Qualified accountant with 2+ years post qualification experience
Ability to draw diverse sets of data together to deliver high quality outputs & analysis under strict deadlines.
Experience of driving change. Proven experience in developing and implementing new processes. Able to take the initiative and demonstrate commitment towards continuous improvement
Commercial bias with experience of managing risks and mitigations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience of managing and motivating high performing teams. Experience of managing a geographically diverse team an advantage
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills: Ability to build trusting relationships and partnerships throughout the organization
Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail
High degree of motivation, intelligence, independent worker mindset with an orientation to detail
Proven quantitative and analytical abilities
Strong SAP & MS Excel skills are essential
Experience of the Software Industry is ideal but not essential
