An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5, Service Desk Supervisor to join our Shared Services team based in Darwen, Lancashire.

Your main duties will include being responsible for a dedicated Service Desk team and planning and organising the workload to pre-agreed deadlines.

You should have significant Customer Service knowledge and Experience working in a telephony and administrative environment.

Knowledge in a Payroll and Pensions related environment would be advantageous.
