Main duties of the job


Duties will include:


We are looking for someone with a good customer service skills able to work in a busy and demanding post.

would suit someone with a background in Mental Health. Must be able to work well in a team as well as working unsupervised. Must be Reliable, welcoming, kind and professional with a smart appearance and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Must be able to deal with difficult and challenging behaviour in a professional manner.

Must be flexible and adaptable to change.

Full training and a uniform will be provided.
