Job Description:
Are you an administrator looking for your first role in HR? If so, our People Coordinator role could be perfect for you.
Working in this fast-paced, high-volume team, you'll:
- Support our People Services Team Manager to manage the entire employee lifecycle
- Actively promote a culture of best practice and consistency in all administration areas
- Provide a first class service to our practices across the group

Qualifications:
-
HR administration experience (this is a must-have for this role); you'll be able to deal confidently with Practice and Line Managers and deliver to deadlines when under pressure.
- It's an added bonus if you also have payroll processing experience, with detailed payroll systems knowledge, along with previous experience of using ADP.
- The ability to
manage a high volume of work in an organised, efficient manner. - Strong values, are
process driven with great attention to detail and you are selfmotivated with a
'cando' attitude.

hybrid working model (upon completion of training) that allows you to split your week between working from home, and our support office in Cheltenham.
