About The Role

The main purpose of the role is to is to assist in the project delivery function from back office including specific administration, planning, scheduling and coordination tasks.

Under the guidance of the Regional Engineer Operational Manager and other Senior Management, you will assist in the BAU project delivery for the Birmingham office and northern regions.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

Maintain and support clients and their needs through the project lifecycle
Assisting in ensuring that projects are run in compliance with the Company's requirements
Providing guidance and feedback on project position
Providing a general 'readily available' interface between Client and the Business
Managing and monitoring individual & collaborative work loads
Tracking & reporting overall progress on delivery
Administering the project budget and tracking project costs
Planning & scheduling resource for multiple projects
Monitoring resource utilisation
Performing quality reviews
Establishing and maintaining the project documentation library
Weekly updates to the Operations Manager for submission to the Directors
Scheduling / resourcing of project labour
PO raising against resource and booking travel requirements
Follow up of project sign off sheets upon completion
Support engineers where required with stock allocation and deliveries
Arrange site deliveries with Client/engineers
General admin duties as necessary to support the role
Producing and maintaining a consolidated live / forecasted workbook
Managing subcontractors and skill sets
