Administration Coordinator
Are you an experienced Administration Coordinator, looking to work within a friendly team in a dynamic office environment?
Our client are engineering specialists within the Building Controls industry and are looking to recruit a permanent office coordinator to work in their busy Horley / Salfords Office, near Redhill.
The work will involve general office administration, as well as coordinating a team of engineers and liaising with clients at all levels.
- Salary in the range of £20,00023,000 a year, dependant on experience.
- Hours: 8.00am 5pm (with 1 hour lunch), Monday
- Friday.
- Company Pension Scheme available.
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays.

- Coordinating a team of engineers on client appointments.
- Creating and managing quotations for engineering works.
- Efficient paperwork management.
Essential Qualifications:
- English & Mathematics proficiency, to a minimum GCSE Grade C standard.
- Experience of working with MS Word & Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
- Works well under pressure with a proactive approach.
