Great news We have a fantastic opportunity for an Import Co-Ordinator to join our Supply Chain Team.
We're looking for someone who can co-ordinate multiple external suppliers to ensure all our goods are exported correctly through international borders.

Your Future:
What will I be doing?
- Ensure the export of goods by air, road and sea through international borders is carried out safely and securely.
- Understand and adhere to customs regulations at all time.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners including suppliers, freight forwarders, vets and customers.
- Ensure all export paperwork is up to date and filled in correct including processing Health Certificate Applications, invoices and packing lists.
- Monitor and report on customer KPIs, inventory levels and order availability.
Your Strengths:
What skills do I need to succeed?
- Experience working in a busy office environment with tight deadlines
- You have excellent organisation and time management skills
- You are confident with data analysis and using Excel.
- You have excellent attention to detail and are highly numerate.
- Experience of handling export orders & documentation as well as previous experience using SAP / EDI systems would be an advantage.
The role will be based from our Leeds Head Office (Thorpe Park, Leeds) and we are currently working to a hybrid working model where 2/3 days per week are home working.
You do need to be able to commute to our Leeds Head Office, Leyland Production site and other external locations for face to face collaboration and to meet business requirements.
