Credit Controller - Permanent
Crewe - up to £28,000 DOE - Hybrid Available
Key duties of this role will include:
- High volumes of outbound calls to both businesses and individuals chasing outstanding monies
- Conducting preemptive calls to chase any potential late invoices
- Reviewing and stopping accounts where necessary
- Regular reviewing of the outstanding ledger
- Resolve client queries
- Working closely with other areas of the Sales and Finance team
My client are seeking somebody:
- With a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a fastpaced Credit Control/Debt Collection team
- With an excellent telephone manner
- Who can handle a high volume workload
- Ideally with experience across both B2C and B2B
