Credit Controller - Permanent

Crewe - up to £28,000 DOE - Hybrid Available

Key duties of this role will include:

  • High volumes of outbound calls to both businesses and individuals chasing outstanding monies
  • Conducting preemptive calls to chase any potential late invoices
  • Reviewing and stopping accounts where necessary
  • Regular reviewing of the outstanding ledger
  • Resolve client queries
  • Working closely with other areas of the Sales and Finance team

My client are seeking somebody:

  • With a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a fastpaced Credit Control/Debt Collection team
  • With an excellent telephone manner
  • Who can handle a high volume workload
  • Ideally with experience across both B2C and B2B
