Harmonic are delighted to be working with one of the UK's most exciting and fast growth music technology businesses in the search for their next Financial Controller, to play a crucial role in facilitating the growth of the company.

The Business:

This extremely fast growth music business has grown my strength to strength over the past 5 years following several recent acquisitions.

Due to a restructuring of the organisation, our client is now looking for a Financial Controller due to an internal promotion,highlighting the fantastic room for internal growth within the team.

Led by a team of passionate, music industry professionals, our client place a large emphasis on cultivating an ethos centred around a love of the industry.

Moving into an exciting new office space, this is a fantastic opportunity to have a real impact onthe future of the business, working closely under the mentorship of an experienced CFO, offering great exposure to senior level professionals.

The Role:

This hybrid role, sitting in a team 6 other finance professionals, will be a fantastic opportunity for those with previous management experience, who are keen to have a hands on role to influence the growth of the company.

Duties:

The main duties will include:

Support preparation of monthly results and commentary to group finance
Liaise with commercial teams to prepare forecasts, budgets and 3 year plans
Work with auditors to deliver smooth audit process
Assist with assessment of investments and business change projects
Oversee process and control improvement particularly regarding use of technology and automation
Managing the finance team

What we need to see (essential):

ACA / CIMA / ACCA Fully Qualified
Experience delivering system improvements
Experience managing a team

What we need to see (beneficial):

Manufacturing industry experience
Oracle / NetSuite experience

Salary:
£65,000 - £80,000 + great benefits package
