About the role
Our client is looking for a Compliance Information Specialist - (1 post) to join their Property Service & Delivery team.
This role is based as a home based role, where there is no daily requirement to attend an office with the flexibility to attend as required.
You will need to ensure records of compliance related work undertaken are comprehensive, accurate and up to date, including detailed scope of work to be undertaken.
You will support the Compliance Information Manager to ensure accurate up to date records of proposed/completed planned and maintenance works in relation to Landlord Compliance are maintained, current, suitable for asset management and finance purposes andin accordance with policies and procedures.
You will analyse information relating to compliance related programmes to support and enhance the delivery of the investment programme, the performance of the service and the development of the asset management strategy.

It is essential that you have knowledge of Core Housing Systems, Business Planning and Asset Management systems and understanding of property management, maintenance, and landlord compliance.
