Experienced Conveyancer

  • Up to £50,000

Are you an experienced Conveyancer? Do you want to join a successful local law firm, offering first class residential conveyancing services? This could be the perfect role for you This is an exciting opportunity to take on a position within a forward thinkingand vibrant conveyancing firm.


Duties

  • Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build transactions, remortgages, right to buy and help to buy schemes, from inception to completion
  • Supporting the business in achieving the expected targets in the given timescales
  • Be a knowledge base for any conveyancing questions

You

  • You must have a minimum of 3 years' experience running a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters
  • Enthusiasm for the industry
  • Proactive and selfmotivated

On Offer

  • Annual salary up to £50,000
