My Clients are looking for a proven Senior Sales Negotiator to join their well known agency in Bristol.

Salary £27k basic with a generous commission structure.

Main Responsibilities


The role will involve:

  • Qualifying potential buyers
  • Identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties
  • Viewing properties
  • Negotiating offers and liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers through to sales conclusion whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service to buyers and sellers.
  • You will also be responsible for referral of Mortgage Business and other related services.
Skills and Experience

  • A proven selfstarter with an appetite for success, and a growth mindset
  • An excellent work ethic with high levels of selfmotivation
  • Experience as a Senior Negotiator/Valuer within Residential Sales
  • Demonstrable experience of contacting landlord clients and providing up to date advice on the marketing of the property as well as market conditions
  • Experience using Qube living would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Knowledge of maximising use of CRM systems would be beneficial
  • Ability to get things done and overcome challenges through influencing and tenacity. A real resilience will be required in the role.
  • Confident, open and articulate communicator both orally and in writing; with exceptional relationship building and influencing skills
  • Demonstrable experience in growing marketshare
  • Enjoys the buzz of working in a pressuredriven environment with the need to meet multiple deadlines and juggle priorities
  • Ability to quickly build trust and professional relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Propertymark qualifications an advantage, although not essential
  • Results orientated and delivers against targets
  • Excellent IT skills, socialmedia savvy and up to date with new technology
