Are you passionate about supporting learners with special educational needs (SEN) and ready to make a positive impact? Sanza Teaching Agency is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in a Year 6 classroom in Camden.

This full-time role offers an immediate start, providing a rewarding opportunity to work alongside experienced educators and make a difference in the lives of students.


About the Role:

As a SEN Teaching Assistant within a Year 6 classroom, you will collaborate closely with a long-standing class teacher to provide tailored support to students with special educational needs.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with individualised learning plans, implementing specialised teaching strategies, and fostering an inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.


  • Some experience working with learners who have special educational needs within a school environment or in a childbased setting outside the classroom.
  • A genuine passion for supporting the diverse needs of students and promoting their holistic development.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
  • Adaptability, patience, and empathy towards the unique challenges faced by students with SEN.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork and professional development.
