Job Title :
Caretaker/house keeper/General Hand

Contract Length:
Initial 3 Months

Location:
Birmingham

Inside IR35 :
£ 14.78 Per hour

  • Laboring, and other items DAS between departments.
  • Ensure all access ways, entrances and egresses are clear free from litter and debris.
  • Answer the telephone and liaise with external individuals.
- cleaning communal kitchen area, office space, wash rooms, corridors and lobby areas.

  • Emptyinn bins, hoovering, mopping buffering floors and general clean around the designated areas.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm

Contract length: 5 months


Salary:
Up to £14.78 per hour

  • Monday to Friday
