New Starter Rate £12.22 for 6 Months rising to £12.78 Minibus rate and £13.20 Big Bus

Working 5 days out of 7. Various Shifts

You'll be so much more than this You'll be the face of our business - playing an incredibly important role each and every day safely and comfortably transporting our fantastic customers to work, to the high street, to our cities, towns and villages, to healthcare and community services, to days away and nights out.

And where they don't, we're relying on you to give them a fantastic journey to remember with your focus on all things customer service.

You'll need to operate the bus safely of course, but we'll teach you all of that for free in our in-house training school.

We'll pay you for all of your training as a trainee driver we'll teach you how to drive a bus and we'll do that whilst you're a full time paid employee. We'll pass on our expertise so you can drive buses with as much ease and care as you do your everyday car.

Promotions want to start by driving a bus but want to fly up the ladder? Great We've got plenty of colleagues who started life as a driver but are now Inspectors, Trainers and Managers within our business. Likewise, you want to focus your career on driving a bus then that's absolutely fine by us.

There's only two things we need:

A full driving license held for a minimum of 2 years with no more than 6 penalty points on it. No Bans in past 5 Years (Drink Drive Bans past 10 years). No Mobile Phone Offences in past 3 Years
And you'll want to deliver a great experience for our customers.
