Mid and Senior Roles available

Sanderson are partnering with one of the UK leading Banking Groups, looking to take on multiple Mid and Senior level Java Software Engineers to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis.

These roles will primarily sit within the retail banking team,focusing on building new banking platforms and working on new development releases.

Key Responsibilities as a Java Software Engineer

Designs, produces, tests and implements working code, working across the lifecycle of the system
Liaises with Principal Engineers, architects in the domain and other key stakeholders to understand how the Platform works and how it supports business objectives
Improves performance continually through the ongoing evaluation and analysis of metrics

Technologies:

Java, Spring, Microservices, TDD, DevOps
Working within a DevOps Culture
Agile Delivery following Scrum
Continual Cloud development is key for us moving forward, and we have a big focus on AWS & GCP.
