What you'll do:


As Agent Bank Oversight & Monitoring, we'll look to you to effectively manage the day-to-day relationships with external agent banks so that we can deliver international propositions for our non-personal customers.

You'll work closely with a range of key functions and stakeholders to own and support the agent banking proposition.


Your role will also involve:

  • Responsible for queries and escalations for Securities and Nostro Agent Bank issues as well as managing agent bank related regulatory and change projects
  • Deliver on all Agent Bank Oversight & Monitoring team delegated actions and collaborate closely with Agent Relationship Management & MT101 teams
  • Demonstrate and develop a deep technical understanding of multiple facets of Network Management and evidence recognition as the SME in this area
  • Gathering customer insights and understanding our customers' needs to identify opportunities for current and future propositions, design strategy and business planning
  • Analysing proposition gaps against the capability from onboarding and implementation
  • Crossselling products and propositions, ensuring consistency in all product and marketing materials
  • Managing the customer journey and training colleagues to meet our customer's needs and deliver a great service
  • Communicating the proposition and current capabilities to management and feeding them into the relevant sales collateral

The skills you'll need:


Strong influential and interpersonal skills are a must in this role, as you'll be effectively managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You'll be able to demonstrate your strong customer and market insight experience, which has ideally been gained in a regulatory or commercial environment.


We'll also look for:

  • An indepth understanding of financial services products and sectors, with a specific focus on business and commercial banking
  • A track record of understanding and delivering endtoend initiatives with crossorganisational and functional boundaries
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
  • To be an excellent team player with strong organisational skills
  • Experience in a network management or operations role or similar
  • Ability to take ownership of endtoend issues and queries through to resolution
  • Strong risk and control mindset
