You will have a genuine passion for the beauty industry and a desire to get involved in all aspects of content creation.

Reporting directly to the Senior Brand Marketing & Partnerships Manager, collaborating closely with the broader OK Beauty Box team to ensure we hit our targets for the year.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Deliver a content marketing plan to support in driving acquisition (leads and customers), traffic, reach and engagement
  • You will be tasked with generating captivating multichannel on brand
    commercial beauty content, including but not limited to video, advertorials, image stills, blog posts (SEO focus) etc
  • You'll be comfortable jumping in front of the camera and have the skill set to edit your own content into relevant formats e.g Instagram reels, grid posts, stories, TikToks, longer form YouTube videos ect.
  • Use analytics tools to track the performance of content marketing initiatives. Analyse data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and make datadriven decisions.
  • The ideal person will be selfmotivated and adaptable, always ready to capture content spontaneously.
  • You'll be a social media native and be up to date and have your finger on the pulse with social media, influencer and beauty trends
  • You are creative yet commercially minded and have an eye for converting trends into commercial content and know how to measure performance.
  • Closely work with our Ecommerce Marketing Executive to support with expanding and growing our organic social activity and it's rollout across more channels
  • Support with expanding our Influencer activity and rollout of its strategy

Qualifications Skills**- Able to work well to deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.

  • Have creative flair and able to articulate these into commercially viable ideas
  • Selfmotivated, results driven and passion for the beauty & digital industry
  • Competent copywriting, video creation & editing skills
  • Commercial awareness

Qualifications

  • 2 years + experience in digital content creation
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Content Creation, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in copywriting, video creation & editing, preferably in a digital marketplace or ecommerce environment.
