Repairs Administrator - Social Housing / Planned Maintenance

Full time, temporary

Barnet


Howells Solutions are currently recruiting for a Repairs Administrator to work with a Main Contractor on Decent Homes / Planned Maintenance projects in North London.

This is a temporary, full time position.


Administrator - Key Responsibilities:

  • Updating spreadsheets/reports including programme trackers
  • Preparing rotas for the following week
  • Dealing with handovers from contractors, passing to relevant team members
  • Manage incoming electronic information ensuring compliance with protocols and standards
  • Control project documentation, potentially on multiple simultaneous projects
  • Working alongside Site Manager and Resident Liaison Officer
  • Strong Microsoft IT skills including Excel
  • General office admin
  • Producing reports for management
  • Offering best practice advice where possible
  • Manage regional user requests for support and guidance

Administrator - What we are looking for:

  • Strong admin skills and experience
  • Advanced IT Skills
  • Proactive attitude with ability to work using own initiative
  • Experience in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to pick up new software and systems very quickly
