Exciting opportunity for a Endur SME/ Business Analyst to join this global Energy company.

This is an exciting time to be joining this world-leading company as they transform themselves from a traditional Oil & Gas company into a leading name within the Renewables sector.

This includes the creation of an already highly successful new Power Tradingdesk within the Energy Trading team as well as new ventures into various innovative solutions around the supply of Renewables including wind farms, electric vehicle charging, solar panel heating and battery storage.

These innovative solutions provide opportunitiesfor exceptionally highly talented individuals to contribute to the success of this transition where you will be working with some of the best people in the industry working on new and ground-breaking initiatives utilising the very latest technology.

The primary responsibility of this role to work as an Endur Business Analyst supporting projects and BAU delivery for the Global LNG business in the UK, Dubai, Singapore and the US.

Responsibilities include:

Responsible for the execution of business analysis tasks using appropriate methods, tools, and technology.
Sound analytical skill and change management capabilities to work independently on transformation, improvement initiatives, liaising effectively with senior stakeholders & vendors on complex problems etc.
Describe technology in terms easily understood by business customers and set realistic customer expectations for the project outcome. Adjust customer expectations in accordance with changes in scope.
Generate innovative approaches to existing problems or new opportunities.
Support Projects and Support teams in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Design, Testing, UAT Implementation, and Production support for software systems.
Determine and design solutions that are scalable and sustainable for a global business
Establish and maintain stakeholder satisfaction levels. Build and develop strong trust relationships with the stakeholders demonstrated through clearly owning, resolving and communicating issues and problems

Skills & Requirements:

Domain Knowledge
Must have LNG Trading experience with an understanding of the full trade life cycle
Good understanding of key physical / financial products, for example: Futures, Options, Swaps, Forwards, Physical and Storage.
Minimum 4 Years working experience as Open link Endur BA (v14+), including handson configuration such as deal modelling
Knowledge of End to End Software Development Life Cycle & Agile Delivery
Strong Stakeholder Management Skills
