Description

The role will also require you to provide sales support to the external sales representatives and provide excellent levels of customer service.

The role will incorporate full product training but an understanding of mechanical engineering or valves is required.


Internal Sales EngineerPosition Overview

  • Managing the sales development process, including providing product specifications and after sales services
  • Liaising closely with the external sales team
  • Providing advice and assistance to customers on the product range
  • Carrying out contractual reviews and preparing formal quotations for customers
  • Supporting other members of the technical sales team with expediting, documentation and order processing
  • Undertaking training and personal development to maximise the effectiveness within the role

Internal Sales EngineerPosition Requirements

  • Some knowledge of mechanical engineering or other engineering discipline.
  • Internal Sales, Sales Administration or Sales Support background
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
  • Based in a commutable distance of Bristol
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

Internal Sales EngineerPosition Remuneration

  • Salary £28,000 £32,000
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
Mon - Thurs / Fri

  • Hybrid working available (2 days in the office)
  • Onsite parking
