Our Clinet who is a large international retailer of groceries and general merchandise, is on lookout for a skilled, motivated evening Chef.

The position offers a wonderful work-life balance.

About the role:

Although shifts fly by when you're creating delectable cuisine for the loyal customers, the kitchen is fast-paced, so it can be tough.

Cooking to spec and knowing the menu inside out
Assisting in ensuring that a whole shift runs smoothly
Ensuring that the team has everything necessary to provide an exceptional client experience.
Setting a lot of order tickets as priorities
Making preparations in advance to finish our food in no more than 10 minutes
Advocating for brand norms
Accountable for upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and safety

About You:

Working knowledge gained by being a cook, assistant cook, chef, or chef de partie
To be proficient utilising cooking tools, such as grills and fryers, and to pay close attention to detail
Having prior experience preparing and cooking food in a busy kitchen
To take delight in always serving beautiful, delicious food
Level 2 in health and safety and food hygiene is a plus.

Hours of work:
Mon to Fri 18h00 - 01h30 am; weekend 18h00 - 02h00
