Your New Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist to join our Severn Bridges account in Auth, South Gloucestershire.

Contract:
Fixed Term - 6 Months

Hours: 7:30 - 3:30, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Location:
M48 Severn Bridge MU, Bridge Access Road, Aust, BS35 4BD

At Amey, we are entrusted with maintaining the Specialist Bridge Inspection and Maintenance contract (SBIM) for Avonmouth and Severn Bridges, iconic structures with unique characteristics and complexities.

As a Receptionist, you'll play a pivotal role in representing our site, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests, and handling essential administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily Reception and frontofhouse services.
Answer all calls promptly, politely, and efficiently, adhering to company standards.
Take messages and redirect calls as needed while maintaining ownership.
Handle meeting room bookings according to procedures.
Report faults as per established protocols.
Regulate site access for staff, visitors, and contractors in line with client and safety procedures.
Maintain and update records within various management information systems.
Assist with various administration duties such as preparing letters, reports, memos, and presentations, filing, photocopying, etc.

Experience in a frontline, customerfacing position.
