Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Upsell products or services when appropriate
  • Enter customer data and update account information in the system
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Follow call center scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times

Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Must have the ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,098.69 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Liverpool: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
