We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Upsell products or services when appropriate
- Enter customer data and update account information in the system
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Follow call center scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have the ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service

From £25,098.69 per year
