The Role
Gracelands CMS Ltd are currently seeking a Multi Trader with previous experience and tools who will be required to perform daily repairs & maintenance to occupied and void properties and will be covering both social housing contracts and private landlord works in the following areas:
- Epping Forest
- Welwyn & Hatfield
- Southend-OnSea
- Uttlesford
- Surrounding areas
Essential skills/experience
Daily repairs & Maintenance to Occupied and Void Properties:
- Basic Tiling
- Basic Carpentry
- Painting & Decorating
- General building works
- Patch repair plastering
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable skills/experience
- Any health and safety training (not compulsory)
- Basic DBS Check (not compulsory)
Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
