Overview:


This hybrid position is based out of the west London office, the role of this Strategic Account Manager will be to develop and implement growth strategies across digital channels that are aligned with client business goals.

You will develop strong client relationships and oversee the day-to-day execution of campaigns and carry out audits for new business support.


Required Experience:


  • Over 3 years of extensive experience managing PPC campaigns across a diverse range of digital channels, showcasing proficiency in various platforms.
  • Indepth understanding of major digital channels, including Meta, Google and TikTok, with handson experience in paid advertising campaigns.
  • Strong budget Management and Insights experience, showcasing your experience in managing customer budgets and ROI to allow you to contribute insight into the budgeting processes.

Main Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement growth strategies across digital channels, aligning with customer business goals to ensure that all customer accounts and campaigns are managed by agreedupon objectives.
  • Oversee the endtoend execution of paid media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and meeting key performance indicators.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including creative and analytics to optimise campaign elements.
  • Provide team management as required, ensuring alignment with strategic goals using tools provided, such as Asana or Trello and oversee the daytoday running of accounts alongside the performance team.
  • To take responsibility for a portfolio of accounts within your team, ensuring clients are clear on the strategic positioning of their ad spend.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by implementing new techniques learned by having a commitment to continuous learning and knowledge development.
  • With prospective and new clients, conduct channel audits to support new business and show a clear understanding of goals and tactics to achieve results
