If you're a supportive team player, proactive with good problem-solving skills then you have what this role needs You will join the Learning Solutions Team in HRSS providing training to our internal staff and our client base.

You will be responsible for gathering information, building effective working relationships, and providing excellent support and customer service to the wider organisation.

You will need to be practical, decisive, and committed to being an ambassador for the team.

The post holder will be a key partner in the development and delivery of the Key Performance Indicators, Recruitment Management Standards and excellent customer service as part of our Service Level Agreement with all clients


Including:

  • Supporting the HR Shared Services process change team to conduct impact analysis of process changes and inform approach to training.
2, Developing an appropriate form of training to support with the implementation of changes to processes.


  • Working with the customer experience team to understand the nature of the service issues and complaints received and support the implementation of all recommendations made.
  • Supporting the e-Learning Training Consultants with the development of training/learning interventions for the HRSS department and our shared service customers.
  • You will work with team managers and senior HR administrators to understand development needs across their teams and will contribute to the development of an HRSS Development Programme.

Based within our HR Shared Service Learning Solutions Team, the role of the Learning Coordinator is to support the Operations Manager in the creation, organisation and delivery of all training interventions within HRSS including, back office, administration and customer service training for new entrants and the development of all employees to enable them to reach maximum levels of quality, accuracy, and output within agreed timescales to enable us to deliver an effective HR Shared Service to our clients.


The post holder will be a key partner in the development and delivery of the Key Performance Indicators, Recruitment Management Standards, and excellent customer service as part of our Service Level Agreement with all clients.


There will be an expectation to proactively work alongside the e-Learning Training Consultant(s) and Operations Manager in identifying training opportunities and learning needs through training needs analysis, selecting suitable training methods and incorporating a variety of learning styles to be able to design, deliver and evaluate engaging and active participation learning opportunities for all staff.


In this role your main responsibilities are:

  • You will be responsible for all activities relating to the training cycle and so will need both a practical and theoretical understanding of this from TNA, to design, delivery, evaluation, and improvement.
  • Supporting the e-Learning Training Consultant(s) for design, delivery, and maintenance of operational training for all clients served by HR Shared Services whilst liaising with Business Improvement Team and Quality to ensure that all relevant policies and standard operating procedures are included.
  • To liaise with the e-Learning Training Consultant(s), Operations Managers and Team Managers across HR Shared Services to enable the design and delivery of bespoke further training for established staff to broaden their individual skills.
