We have an exciting roadmap ahead for new products, services, production capacity and business expansion. As a result of this continued success, we are expanding our teams in Dungannon. We currently have opportunities for a Site Administrator.

Position Details

This role will be responsible for providing administrative excellence to the Dungannon Site.

The role will vary from week to week pending requirements of the business as well as leading general day to day administrative based tasks.


  • Main Duties_
  • Managing switchboard
  • Opening of mail, date stamp and issuing to relevant Team Members
  • Franking of outgoing mail
  • Booking travel and maintaining travel log as and when required for multiple sites.
  • Maintenance of Site Lease Car Online System
  • Updating of the Site HR Intranet with latest forms and documents
  • Upkeep of Site Electronic Communications and Notice Boards
  • Monitoring stationery usage and ordering of stationary on a weekly basis
  • Upkeep of the visitor log of foreign guests for tax review purposes, and of whereabouts of site team members
  • Hosting quests to the Dungannon Site
  • Administration and Requests for iExpense and Company Credit Cards
  • Filing, photocopying, letter writing and other general administrative duties as and when required.
  • Administration and follow up of site social events, team member survey action plan etc.
  • Issuing of relevant memos, announcements, and vacancy lists
  • Supporting the HR department with administration tasks as required
  • Any other duties as deemed appropriate to the role.

  • Qualifications:_

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience using a switchboard and mailing systems
  • Minimum 5 X GCSE's Grade A
  • C or equivalent experience.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
