Description
Our new client is seeking to recruit an administrator.

The main role is to assist the Purchasing Manager with the administrative day-to-day

running of the department.


Daily duties will include supporting the commercial team, liaising with the finance department and communicating with internal & external suppliers.


To escalate any issues which arise to the line management at the earliest possible moment to enable the management structure to resolve any issues in a timely fashion.

Essential

Minimum 4 GCSE's to grade C or equivalent to include English and Maths;
Knowledge of health and safety and quality control regulations;
Excellent communication skills, clear and effective telephone manner;
Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point).


Desirable:
Administration background.

Manufacturing background.

Salary will be negotiable based on experience, knowledge and ability. Hours of

work: 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch.
