Posted- 24-Mar-2023- Service line- GWS Segment- Role type- Full-time- Areas of Interest- Facilities Management- Location(s)- Birmingham - England - United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland- Job SummaryThis key position reporting into the Contract Manager, you will have overall responsibility for managing Event/Exhibition service streams required for the successful delivery of Exhibitions with the client on behalf of CBRE including health and safety, the day-to-day management on site of all contractors during tenancy and on time delivery.

You will be required to establish and maintain good relationships with all parties to provide a single point of contact ensuring the smooth delivery of all services within a set timescale.

Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise and oversee the service delivery of the Event/Exhibition in line with QHSE regulations and standards.
2. Identify requirements, plan work to generate a formal plan/build plan prior to the start of tenancy.
3. Develop strong relationships with key customers.
4. Work with all contractors regarding safe delivery and promoting CBRE standards of business and conduct at all times
5. Supervise day to day site activity.
6. Supervise reporting and client communications on live Exhibitions.
7. Ensure financial targets are reached in relation to each show.

Person SpecificationExperience

  • Experience within the Exhibition Industry is essential.
  • Demonstrable evidence of having managed and motivated a team.
  • Proven experience of managing Health & Safety.
Training

  • CDM regulations training (desirable)
  • SMSTS certified
  • Nebosh (desirable)
  • IBOSH (desirable)
