Are you an HR Advisor based in the Birmingham area looking for your next step up?

Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working in partnership with a manufacturing business based in the North Birmingham area to find a Senior HR Generalist to join their team.

With a salary of up to £45k and 5 days required on-site.

As Senior HR Generalist you will be supporting with the operational aspects of HR such as managing an ER caseload; transactional HR support; implementing a new HR system; partnering and building strong relationships with managers and ad-hoc project work.
