IT Technician

Location:
Dorking, Surrey

Salary:
up to £27,000 DOE

Are you looking for an entry-level IT role which has amazing progression and training opportunities? Look no further, this is the perfect role for you

Responsibilities:

Installing and configuring IT hardware
Basic troubleshooting knowledge
Excellent customer service including facetoface & remote
Being trained and mentored by the Head of IT
Setting up accounts for new staff and students
Providing technical support to staff and students
Ensuring the IT systems are secure

Technical Skills Required:

Proven experience in IT support (either a degree or commercial experience)
Knowledge of networking (desirable)
Experience with Active Directory (or exposure)
Knowledge of troubleshooting
Experience with Office 365 (or exposure)
Group Policy (desirable)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
