FULLY REMOTE POSITION

Key Responsibilities for a Claims Handler:
Review and assess insurance claims to determine validity and coverage
To act as the first point of contact with policy holders wishing to make a claim under their designated insurance cover
Investigate and gather information to support claims decisions
Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to resolve claims issues
Document and maintain accurate records of claim activities and decisions
Meet productivity and performance goals while ensuring high-quality customer service


Requirements:

Able to show empathy when dealing with difficult and challenging situations, maintaining a sensitive and caring approach
Be able to negotiate effectively and identify solutions to manage customer predicament and need
Able to think creatively and use own judgement proactively
To have a positive attitude and a flexible approach to change and team working.
Able to demonstrate a willingness to undertake self development activities.
Understanding of Insurance Products
Customer Service Driven
