DISTRICT VISUAL MERCHANDISER (Flagship)

WHAT WOULD YOUR DAY TO DAY BE LIKE AT MANGO?
For our Global Flagship stores on London Oxford st we are looking for an experienced Visual Manager to support and manage our West End Flagship stores in central London

Reporting to the Regional VM manager and District Manager you will be the main link between the store and field team this is a key position to support the growth of our Flagship team

KEY Responsibilities:
To supervise the correct display of merchandise in the most commercial way in accordance with company standards and all necessary actions are taken

To ensure that brand image is elevated across the stores and departments and instore teams are equipped to carry the vision

Ensure you and your team are able to adapt to the local market and competitors across our multi lines, WOMAN / MAN / KIDS

Know and understand the customer profile and the product potential to be able to advise and demonstrate actions to increase sales opportunities

Monitor and Analyse stock levels, distribution and sales performance indicators across area on each line to take product based actions

Maintain close relationships with the teams in each of the locations to be able to train, coach and develop each member and keep each of the team up to date on brand strategy and weekly coms from HQ

Manage and work to key timelines to ensure product launches / Capsules are planned and well executed on time and with all the correct materials

Your Profile

We are looking for an individual with an extensive knowledge of fashion, trends and product within the fashion retail industry in visual merchandising.

Keen eye for detail and high retail standards are a must

You will have a great commercial awareness and understanding of local market and competitors within London and UK

Experience with planning, forecasting and product control, strong numerical and analytical skills are key

You should be highly motivated, results driven and sales focussed.

Possess strong people management skills and able to manage teams at a Global Flagship level across multiple locations. ideally with 2 years experience in a similar role in a fast paced environment

You need to not only be a team leader but above all a team player and lead by example

You will have excellent organizational skills and prioritisation skills and have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
