Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in providing exceptional service to our diverse customer base.

The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.


Duties:


  • Communicate with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately to update customer information and maintain records.
  • Analyse customer needs and provide suitable solutions or product recommendations.
  • Utilise phone etiquette to ensure positive interactions with customers at all times.

Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Bilingual proficiency is desirable for assisting customers in multiple languages.
  • Proficient in data entry to maintain accurate customer records.
  • Ability to analyse customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette skills for effective customer interactions.

Job Types:

Pay:
From £25,692.78 per year
