We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in providing exceptional service to our diverse customer base.
The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.Duties:
- Communicate with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to update customer information and maintain records.
- Analyse customer needs and provide suitable solutions or product recommendations.
- Utilise phone etiquette to ensure positive interactions with customers at all times.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Bilingual proficiency is desirable for assisting customers in multiple languages.
- Proficient in data entry to maintain accurate customer records.
- Ability to analyse customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette skills for effective customer interactions.

From £25,692.78 per year
