About the Role

Base Location:
Perth, Glasgow or Aberdeen

As Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for the delivery of projects or managing project managers delivering a portfolio of projects (depending on the demand) within a specific value stream to ensure the successful delivery of our overall Digital Transformation programme.

The key responsibilities of the role will include:

Establishing and maintaining highly effective relationships with delivery teams, stakeholders at all levels and business teams to ensure that interfaces work correctly.
Leading the delivery of technology solutions with focus on tangible business outcomes in accordance with the business strategy, using the appropriate methodology.
Managing cross product and external dependencies, ensuring activities are joined up from an operational and delivery point of view.
Analysing problems, actioning and progressing issues as appropriate, ensuring follow through to resolution and removing blockers.
Working with delivery teams to ensure they are adopting and using appropriate methodologies and ceremonies effectively.

What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

Demonstrable experience of running successful delivery with multiple delivery teams
have strong technical knowledge to provide delivery teams with support and guidance.
Ability to provide leadership and focus for the delivery teams, building strong capability within relevant area.
Experience of having shaped business cases and delivering tangible benefits to an organisation.
