North/West London

£45 k per annum & travel time, vehicle & excellent package

Air Conditioning Engineer - Position Remuneration
- £45k basic

Air Conditioning / AC Engineer required for our client, a specialist FM and provider of building services.

The Air Conditioning Engineer will be tasked with the service, repair and ppm of various types of air conditioning systems, including splits, multisplits, VRV's, VRF's, as well as possessing knowledge of AHU's and chiller systems.

The Air Conditioning Engineer will be working in commercial buildings covering North and West London.

The Air Conditioning Engineer MUST hold their F-Gas and a minimum of an NVQ level 2 in Air Conditioning or equivalent.


Air Conditioning Engineer - Position Overview

  • Providing service, maintenance and diagnostics/ repair of air conditioning systems and some chillers
  • Covering Watford and surrounding areas.
  • Working in Commercial sites.
  • Repair and maintenance of vrv's, splits and multisplits.
  • Good knowledge of a range of manufacturers.

Air Conditioning Engineer - Position Requirements

NVQ level 2 (min) Air-conditioning and refrigeration:


  • Experience with VRV's, VRF's, chillers, Air handling units:

F Gas 2079/2079 qualified:

Have commercial experience in Building Services or FM Background:


  • Air conditioning and refrigeration knowledge:
